GLAAD- Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation works with news, entertainment and social media to bring culture-changing stories of LGBT people into millions of homes and workplaces every day. They are strong advocates of the gay and lesbian communities and work  to increase the visibility the community building relationships with various different 

groups.   

NCLR- National Center For Lesbian Rights was created by well educated brave women trying to create awareness for the LGBT community. They are a movement that helps the LGBT community fight in the courtroom for civil and human rights. They provide information on helping parents and children of the LGBT.

Advocating for equal rights and benefits in the workplace, ensuring families are treated equally under the law and increasing public support among all Americans through innovative advocacy, education and outreach programs. This website provides blogs, links, resources, talks about issues and support for the individual or family. 


Gay Marriage Pros and Cons gives the pros and cons of gay marriage. It also shares facts on the issue and allows people to share their feelings on the issue. Also includes different videos, background information and FAQs. 

Gay Center is a website that provides information about the gay center in NYC. Gives you information about groundbreaking social service, public policy, educational and cultural/recreational programs.
